About Event
Tournament Will Be In Three Groups
01) Veterans Players
02) Rated Players
03) Unrated Players Above-09
First 70 Entries In Each Group Will Be Accepted
Eligibility
01) Veterans- Age Above 60
02) Rated Players Group – Any player, having Classical or Rapid Rating Can participate.
03) Unrated players (Above 09) - Unrated player born on or before 31-12-2010
Timing
Reporting at venue at 8:30 am and first round will start at 9:00 am
(First round pairing will be published on
www.chess-results.com on 18-01-2020 at 9p.m.)
Time control
20 minutes to each player and 10 seconds increment from first move.
No. of rounds – Maximum 7 rounds (Swiss League format)
Rules
In the case of tie, prize money will not be shared.
Latest FIDE rules will be applied.
In case of any dispute, Chief Arbiter’s decision will be final and binding on all.
The organizer will reserve the rights to admit or
refuse any entry without assigning any reason.
They also reserve the rights of admission to the venue.
Entry Fee
No entry fee for players having rating, 2000 & above
Entry fee for Veterans Rs. 200/-
For other players, Rs. 300/-
ENTRY WILL BE CONFIRMED AFTER RECEIPT OF ENTRY FEE. UNPAID ENTRY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

17th January, 2020
or fulfillment of 70 entries in each group, whichever is earlier.
