About Event
Design an outfit using nothing paper and scrap and let them read the news again,
but this time it’ll be in vogue!
Structure:
Team Size- Maximum 3
Rounds: Only one round,
Participants will have to use scrap things to create beautiful outfits.
Time Duration:
180 minutes
Rules:
Materials allowed are Paper , Cardboard, Newspaper,
Magazines, gift wrapping paper , any sort of Waste paper,
Paper cups, old clothes, balloons, beads, sponges, nets,
threads, colors, crayons, brushes, pencils, erasers, cello tapes, etc.
Copy from any objectionable source may lead to disqualification of participant.
Use of material hazardous to health is strictly prohibited.
Participants can make accessories along with the dress
