Terms and Conditions
1. Organizers reserve right to reject an entry without condition.
2. Lodging Rs. 125/- per day per player.
(Upto 100 players only on first come first come first basis.
accompanying person will be charged Rs. 125/- per day for accommodation.
3. Registration of participants with AMCA is compulsory for
Maharashtra state players and the player registration fee is Rs. 150/-
for the year 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020
No physical forms would be accepted at venue.
Those who have already paid must send the copy through online registration
4. Winners of trophy will not be allowed to take the trophy with them.
5. Managers, Coaches & Parents should keep away from players during the rounds.
6. All concerned please note that, they should take proper care
to protect their own valuables like cash, Gold ornaments,
Chess clocks, Mobile phones etc.
7. Players below 20 years of their age must produce date of
birth certificate. In case of doubt participants competing
for age group categories may be asked to confirm age by
presenting themselves to competent medical authority.
All Players and/or parents should co-operate in this matter.
Rules and Regulations
1) Latest fide rules will be applied.
2) Any other rules will be displayed on notice Board before 1 st Round
3) Appeals against any decision of the Chief Arbiters must be
submitted in writing along with a fee of Rs. 1000/-
within 30 minutes of the incident.
4) It is the duty of the players and spectators to ensure not to
bring mobile or communicating device in the 'playing Venue'.
5) In case of tie, prize money will not be shared.
Merit/Participation certificate will be provided to all
players after the prize distribution.
6) Registration. AICF registration fee Rs. 250/- for year
2019-20 is must for all players, If same had not paid
MCA registration fee Rs. 150/- for year 2019-20 is must for Maharashtra Players,
if same had not paid.
7) Time Control: 90 Minutes + 30 second increment from 1st move.
8) All age group prizes will be given in the concerned age groups only.
