Swiss League System with 9 rounds
Eligibility:
Any player of Maharashtra State can participate in the
tournament, however players have to be registered with
All Marathi Chess Association.
Entry Fee:
District Selected & Seeded Players Rs. 800.00
Donor Entrants (who have participated Rs. 1500.00
in the District Selection Tournament)
Donor Entrants (who have not participated Rs. 2500.00
in the District Selection Tournament)
The Entry Fee can be paid by:
Outstation players have to pay entry fee by Bank account details.
Only paying entry fee by NEFT in bank account does not
confirm your entry. Entry will be confirmed only after
receipt of entry form and bank receipt by email at
pdcachess@gmail.com
Last date to pay entry fee without late fee is 6th Nov. 2019.
Entry will be accepted with late fee of Rs. 200 till 4.00 p.m. on
7th Nov. 2019. No spot entries will be accepted.
AICF & AMCA Registration :
AICF registration fee Rs. 250.00 and
AMCA registration fee of Rs. 150.00
for the year 2019-20 is must for all participants
and should be done online only.
Accommodation (Lodging) :
Free dormitory type lodging will
be provided only to selected players from District Selection
Chess Tournament 2019 and for one manager of each district,
provided an official communication from the respective District
Chess Association is received for lodging upto 5th November.
All the participants must attend the Prize Distribution function.
Otherwise Certificates / Prizes/ Trophies will not be handed
over to any other person and it will be forfeited.
Rules
Time Control :
90 minutes + 30 seconds increment from move
1 for each player.
Walkover time -30 minutes.
Disputes :
In case of any disputes pertaining to the
tournament in the hall,
the Chief Arbiter’s decision shall be final
and binding on all.
Selection :
Top FOUR (04) Players will be selected to
represent Maharashtra State in the National Senior Chess
Championship 2019.
Prizes will not be shared. One Player will be eligible for one
higher prize only.
The tournament organizers reserve the right to make
necessary changes.
