& Submit A Copy Of Their Date Of Birth Certificate

Time Control Will Be 45. + 30 Sec
Increment From Move No. 1 To Each Player.

First Four Players From Each Category
i.e Open & Girls Will Be Selected To Represent The State Of
Maharashtra In The Forthcoming
U – 19 National Chess Championship 2019.

Selected Players Must Attach Letter From Their Respective District Chess Association.
All Affiliated District Chess Associations Should Send The Final Standing Of Their U-19
Dist. Selection Chess Tournament.
Lodging
Dormitory lodging will be provided to selected players from affiliated districts.
All selected players are requested to confirm their
entry before 15 october 2019, otherwise they have to make their own arrangements.
Note: selected players will have to bring authorized
letter from their respective districts.
All other participants & accompanying person will have to make their own arrangements.
Rules & regulations
1. Tournament will be conducted as per latest fide and aicf rules.
2. Other rules will be displayed on notice board at venue
3. Spectators (players who have finished their games, parents, managers and coaches)
should stay away from playing area during the round.
4. General discipline should be maintained at tournament hall and lodging place.
5. Protest, if any, against the decision of the arbiter shall be made
in writing with a protest fee of rs.1000/- within 15 minutes of
the occurrence of the incident.
Protest fee will be refunded if the appeal is upheld.
6. In case of any dispute pertaining to the tournament
in the tournament hall the chief arbiter’s decision
will be final and binding to all.
7. To attend the closing ceremony of championship is mandatory for all the participants.
8. All the prize winners must attend the prize distribution function,
if not then prizes will not be handed
over to anybody else and prize will be forfeited.
9. The organizer reserves the right to admit or refuse any
entry without assigning any reason thereof.
They also reserve the right of admission to the venue.
10. Organizer has every right to make any addition or
amendments to their rules, without notice. Such
changes however will be displayed in the tournament hall.
