Tournament Rules:
System of Play:
The tournament will be conducted as per Latest FIDE
Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System with 10 rounds.
Time Control :
90 Minutes with 30 second increment from move 1.

Appeal Committee:
Before the commencement of the tournament,
an appeal committee will be formed from the participant in
the players meeting.

The decision of appeal committee will be final & binding to all.
Tie Break:
In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect.

AICF :- Registration fees Rs.250/- for 2019-20 is compulsory for all Indian
participants. Those who not registered with AICF before,
have to complete their registration well pairings.

AMCA :- Registration fees Rs.150/- for 2019-20 is compulsory
for all Marathi Chess Association participants.
Those who not registered with AMCA before, have to
complete their registration before the first round pairings.

ADCA :- Registration fees Rs.50/- for 2019-20 is compulsory
for all Akola participants. Those who not registered with
ADCA (AKOLA DISTRICT CHESS ASSOCAITION)
complete their registration before the first round pairings.
Protests :
if any protest against the decision of Chief Arbiter, should be made in
writing with protest fee of Rs.1000/- within 15 min of occurrence on incidence. The
fee amount shall be refunded if the appeal is upheld and if not then protest fee shall
be fore-feted.
