Tournament Rules
System of Play:
The tournament will be conducted as per Latest FIDE Laws of Chess
and FIDE Swiss System with 9 rounds.
Time Control :
15 Minutes with 10 second increment from move 1
Tie Break:
In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect.
The Cash prizes however will not be shared and
one player will be eligible for one higher prize only.
The entry is to be forwarded along with entry form in the link

and entry fee by NEFT or IMPS.
( cash deposit in account strictly not entertained ).
If any difficulty arises while filling the entry form,
send the email or contact on the given mobile nos.
The organizers will reserve the to admit or refuse any entry
without assigning any reason.

of deposit during the event for verification.
Registration:
AICF
Registration fees Rs.250/- for 2019-20 is compulsory for all
Indian participants. Those who not registered with AICF before,
have to complete their registration well before
the first round pairings.

Registration fees Rs.150/- for 2019-20 is compulsory for all
Marathi Chess Association participants.
Those who not registered with AMCA before, have to complete their
registration before the first round pairings.

NDCA
Registration fees Rs.50/- for 2019-20 is compulsory for all
Nagpur participants. Those who not registered with
NDCA (NAGPUR DISTRICT CHESS ASSOCAITION) before,
have to complete their registration before the first round pairings.
Protests :
if any protest against the decision of Chief Arbiter,
should be made in writing with protest fee of Rs.1000/-
within 15 min of occurrence on incidence. The fee amount shall be
refunded if the appeal is upheld and if not then protest fee shall be fore-feited.
Accommodation
AC lodging and Boarding will be Provided at Venue
from
30th Oct (05:00PM ) ( Including 30th Dinner )
to
1st November ( 05:00PM ) 2019. at Payable Basis
Rs.2100/- per Person.
for whole Tournament.
AC accommodation on Five Person sharing
Basic per room. ( Including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner )
Hygienic Quality Food.
Note. Dinner will not be available on 1st Nov.2019
